When you grow
A clear next step.
Hiring past 10 people changes nothing until your yearly review. Opening a second site ends the programme straight away: every site is priced in its own band.
When the programme ends, after 24 months, at a yearly review that shows more than 10 people, or when you open a second site, each site moves to the band for the people employed there. If that band is Team, your first year is 30% off. Above 25 people, the site moves to Site or Operation at that band's price.
