Filaway Launch: R500 per business per month
One monthly subscription for your business. R500 is the total monthly subscription charge, including any applicable VAT. There is no free plan and no per-user subscription charge under this offer.
The Launch plan provides access to Filaway's current standard subscription functionality for one business. Assisted onboarding, custom development and separately quoted services are not included. Your plan summary sets out the included access and any applicable limits before you purchase.
Billing is monthly in South African rand. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You see the total amount and the next renewal date before you pay. Future price changes are notified before they apply to a renewal; they do not change a period already paid for.
Cancel at any time to stop your next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Our seven-day subscription refund offer is explained in the Refund Policy.
Set up your own operation
You can create your account and carry out your own onboarding. Paid assisted onboarding is optional and is not a condition of accessing your subscription.
Want us to help with onboarding?
We can help with setup, configuration, training or migration where agreed. Assisted onboarding is quoted separately according to the work required. We confirm the scope, fee and delivery schedule before you commit. It is not automatically included in your subscription.
