What exactly is Filaway?
Filaway is software that connects operational work with the people, assets, evidence and history around it. It gives authorised teams a shared record they can use to understand what happened and what needs to happen next.
Is it only for mining?
No. Mining is one operating context. Filaway is being built around the common need to keep work and its information connected across industries. A walkthrough helps establish how the current product fits your particular operation.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
Start by identifying the workflow you want to manage in Filaway. We can discuss how that fits alongside your existing tools. Any data migration or external integration needs to be scoped specifically; a shared record does not imply an automatic connection to every system.
Can we use it on phones and computers?
Yes. Filaway can be accessed on mobile devices, laptops and desktops. Supported offline capture syncs from the device that captured the records when it reconnects. Signing in on a different device does not upload another device’s offline queue.
How do pricing and onboarding work?
Filaway Launch is R500 per business per month, including any applicable VAT. You can carry out your own onboarding. Assisted setup, training or migration is optional and quoted separately according to the work required.
Who can see our business information?
Access depends on the organisation and the user’s permissions. Filaway includes controls for tenant separation, attribution and record history. Ask us to walk through the controls relevant to your operation.
